My daughter went here for a procedure. When she was called back to the pre-operating room she told the nurse that she would like her mom there when she got the IV because she was terrified of needles. The nurse told her that there wasn’t enough space to move around in there with another person present. When my daughter started to cry the nurse relented and brought me back. (BTW there was plenty of space and even a chair for family members.) Being the age she is, my daughter was asked to provide a urine sample. She couldn’t. I heard the staff complaining about her because of it. Finally, they had her sign a waiver stating she wasn’t pregnant so they could proceed. The whole time we were there felt very rushed like the staff was just trying to get as many patients in and out with no concern for their feelings. During the procedure, I was asked to bring my car around to the side door and wait there, in the car, until she was finished and in the recovery room. I wasn’t offered the waiting room. It was about 90 degrees that day. I wasn’t even the patient and I wouldn’t want to go back here.
